      Mant types of job opportunities and lots of room for advancement if you are willing to put in the effort.

      Cons

      Wages are lower than im used to for the responsibly althought the perks and benefits make it worth sticking around for.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
