      Benefits, salary and development are really competitive.

      Cons

      Would love to see some flexible scheduling for employees or possible potential employees that would prefer part time - would help with retaining our younger workforce.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
