      Pros

      As much OT as you can handle. If you like an extremely hot, unsafe, dirty environment, this is definitely the place for you!

      Cons

      Little to no training. Equipment is old and worn down. When it doesn't run you get blamed. Revolving door of management. Zero support from corporate.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
