      Stingy with raises, they don't seem to care much about loyal employees. Break your back going above and beyond - they will tell you how awesome you are but don't expect them to care when something goes wrong - like if you wear your shoulder out permanently. You're on your own!

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
