      Pros

      decent pay and benefits, 2 weeks vacation a year to start

      Cons

      Training on the machines is a joke, very much a "sink or swim" scenario. The machines are poorly maintained and unsafe, some held together by rags(actual strips of t-shirts) and zip ties where they are supposed to be bolted in place. Exposed gears and drive chains and multiple fire hazards that haven't been addressed or fixed in years. Extremely hot work environment

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
