      Great management team Excellent work culture Not Micromanaged Fair Wages All for employees

      Cons

      I do not see many cons for my role or any management role. For our operators, we need to think about getting updated equipment and figuring out how to keep them cool in the summer months. Working 12 hours and heat are never a good mix when they have bad days; that is when a lot of the walkouts happen.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
