      Pros

      Benefits, people, job growth I love working for Novolex. It is a growing company that has the advantages (benefits, etc.) of a large corporation but with a more personal feel. Management gives a lot of responsibility without micro-managing so we feel a sense of pride in our work.

      There are many locations so you don't get to know everyone!

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
