      Pros

      I have been with the Lebanon Facility for 15 years and have had great opportunity and have done well. Pay is good and benefits also. Great group of employees to work with and most dedicated to making a good product for our customers.

      Cons

      Over 45 years of work in the public sector has taught me that there are no perfect jobs, but dedication has opened many doors at this one.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
