      Easy work, fair pay, decent benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism, point system sucks, they expect you to be a moving part of the machine, very high turn over rate.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
