      + good people to work with - smart and respectful + CEO is passionate and cares a lot about the company and the team ... he personally created an employee ownership program + solid growth, fairly stable industry

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
