Disastrous and unethical - Anonymous employee Novolex Employee Review

Management follows unethical standards can careless about employees and their safety. Management has plans to improve jobs proccesses however, they are delayed by months. Not action takes place when incidents occur, nothing within the year at least. There is no support for employee job processes. Accountability is held only for attendance; however they do not hold that standard for anything else unless they are forced by the hand to do so. Long term employees are favored and get away with too much. They also have alot of diversity but no way to communicate with the diverse employees.
