Caring environment; always changing; fun location and mission

Cons

non-profit so low pay; can be long hours; sometimes things are put off because there is no money at the time rather than spend a little more for a better result

Autonomy. Mission and Beautiful campus.

Cons

Overworked, no time for PTO, overstaffed in management and not enough in critical areas. No leadership from CEO or Board. Constituents are some of the hatefulest people you’ll ever meet, which is terrible, considering they’re mostly pastors, church leaders, and church members
