- While room and board is included salary is below what you would make working minimum wage - As resume filler it is less valued by employers than other options (with the exception of teaching, childcare, and ministry fields

Autonomy. Mission and Beautiful campus.

Cons

Overworked, no time for PTO, overstaffed in management and not enough in critical areas. No leadership from CEO or Board. Constituents are some of the hatefulest people you’ll ever meet, which is terrible, considering they’re mostly pastors, church leaders, and church members
