Growing like crazy, tons of opportunity. Hard problems to solve that can be very satisfactory when you complete them. Remote first company. Great compensation packages. People that want to do the right thing and great people to work with that value contributions. Upper management makes efforts to recognize good work publicly. Management acknowledges there is a lot of work but also is concerned with life/work balance.

More work to do than you can shake a stick at due to the very rapid growth of the company. Processes and procedures are immature or missing. The very distributed nature of the company is sometimes an impediment to getting things done due to time zone and geography issues.

Good industry to be in at the moment

Leadership would seriously benefit from reflecting on how their management style impacts employees... decision making across the board from leadership and department heads was largely reactive, with little consultation or consideration for how it affected employees or the wider org. Expect regular micromanagement and belittling behaviour, with a sprinkle of fear-mongering and a dash of support that's performative rather than genuine
