Pros
Good entry level IT experience. Team is helpful if you need it and has very good knowledge base for work. Current team lead and manager are awesome people and are easy to work for. Benefits are average at best, PTO is friendly, and overtime is non-existent (could be a con for some).
Cons
Corporate does not care about paying a fair wage even for staff that consistently goes above and beyond of what they are hired for.
