Business Outlook
Pros
There are great people at this company, but not in the right places. The senior executive leadership does appear to care about other's career growth. This company did get me ahead in my career, which is something I'm thankful for.
Cons
However, some individuals in mid-management lack accountability and follow-up, leading to disorganization and reactive situations that could otherwise be avoided. This company also does not offer competitive market rates to staff, which is one of the main drivers for turnover that I've seen myself and have heard from others in the company.
