Pros

Ability to work with great brands and well known manufacturers and retailers. Great people to work alongside Unlimited PTO If you have the opportunity to perform well, pay can be good

Cons

Company acquired many other companies and did not integrate well Territory overlap between teams Lack of internal communication and lack of structure from upper management No one wants to settle internal political issues Medical benefits restructured to favor company savings rather than employees If not performing well, employees let go without performance plan

Thanks for the feedback. I always appreciate it especially when the feedback is balanced, as yours is, with pros and cons. Integrating multiple sales forces and combining sales territories is definitely a challenge. In the end, I think we got it right as we are 3 months into the new program and doing well. In effect, your advice to firmly establish the territory structure is now in place. I do have to dispute your comment about medical benefits. This year alone we were able to introduce plans that reduce the employee premiums for +1, child and family by 30% and our employee-only plans are 1/4 the employee costs of the national average. Medical care is a tough issue but I can assure you our spending is up, not down, and we're not favoring the company over associates in any way. Thx, Dennis
