Trouble on the horizon - Director Numerator Employee Review

The favoritism charge is tough for me to hear, but I guess that's why its important for me to hear it. Whenever you bring two team together, you have to make judgments about who leads and who supports. I don't think favoritism came into play when making those choices, but I can understand that not everyone will agree with the choices made.
