I had one of the most amazing teams that I've had the absolute pleasure of managing, and worked with people who were so intelligent and innovative. Made any day I spoke with them a great day.
Cons
Joshua Greenough. If you want a CTO, who doesn't care about past experiences and treats upper level folk like they are incompetent morons, he's the boss for you. If you like to feel like a failure because your CTO prefers to talk in riddles and rhymes and treat every conversation like a Ted Talk, and then belittles you when you are not a mind reader, you'll love working for him. If you like being woken up by an insane amount of slack messages after midnight, you found the right place. Not being able to sleep through the night for months because your boss is causing panic attacks, I have your guy.
