Pros
I had a lot of autonomy in my role, and the people were generally cool.
Cons
With each acquisition the team morale sinks. Cheap outsourcing that negatively impacts clients, layoffs galore for us, huge increases in workload as a result, and upper management is happy for domestic employees to leave to improve their RPE. The sign for me to leave was most of the finance department moving to other companies within a single quarter. Wonder if they knew something…. Glad I jumped ship before I could find out.
