-Too much concentration on bureaucratic busy work that doesn't help our clients and makes all of our jobs much more difficult just to meet metrics on a spreadsheet that have zero impacts on our business as a whole -being forced to be the only employee to fill in for our warehouse tech who calls in sick multiple times per month -management refuses to address excessive sick call outs with problem co-workers

Flexibility with schedule Uncapped Commissions Above-Average PTO 401K with Match Very Fair Car Allowance / Reimbursement

Cons

On the road majority of the day/week Minimal in person interaction with team Too many people involved with orders from start to finish which can cause confusion or miscommunication No incentive when you hit your goal (That’s what I was told). Communication between departments is not great
