Pros

You absolutely can change the world one person at a time . Every day is different with different challenges .Every person can make a difference . Common goal of providing for a person's mobility needs is inspiring , motivating and life changing for people served. Only job I know where any one that has customer contact from inside support to technician , and sales can impact the overall experience for customers. There is a career track here that will allow for people to take on more responsibility and grow within career . I started from the bottom .

Cons

Work is a four letter word ,sometimes with the good and the bad ,not enough time in the day to complete all tasks . Some times good employees move on for all kinds of different reasons .

Flexibility with schedule Uncapped Commissions Above-Average PTO 401K with Match Very Fair Car Allowance / Reimbursement

Cons

On the road majority of the day/week Minimal in person interaction with team Too many people involved with orders from start to finish which can cause confusion or miscommunication No incentive when you hit your goal (That’s what I was told). Communication between departments is not great
