Pros

You are helping people get around. So there is a sense of importance in what you do. The company is expanding so there are plenty of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

The company lacks a cohesive training program, there is no consistency with SOP. Many branches operate as if they are mom and pop shops, not a nationwide company. These things will change in time but for now, it can be frustrating.

Cons

Pay, I am severely underpaid for my experience and skills. Have inquired numerous times how to expand my role with no to little follow-through.

Flexibility with schedule Uncapped Commissions Above-Average PTO 401K with Match Very Fair Car Allowance / Reimbursement

Cons

On the road majority of the day/week Minimal in person interaction with team Too many people involved with orders from start to finish which can cause confusion or miscommunication No incentive when you hit your goal (That’s what I was told). Communication between departments is not great
