Had a job that paid the bills

Cons

Management was constantly changing. Even the VP was fired and replaced thrice the 2 years I worked there. Women were constantly fighting and gossiping. My supervisor was constantly using inappropriate language around the office and was very rude with the customers. The billing department was often firing employees.

Flexibility with schedule Uncapped Commissions Above-Average PTO 401K with Match Very Fair Car Allowance / Reimbursement

Cons

On the road majority of the day/week Minimal in person interaction with team Too many people involved with orders from start to finish which can cause confusion or miscommunication No incentive when you hit your goal (That’s what I was told). Communication between departments is not great
