Pros

Easy to get hired so without any college degree you can make a living wage

Cons

95% of the workers are dollar signs to the execs, not even human. There's seemingly no training required for management. You wouldn't need more than 1 management class in college before being able to confidently call the job a disaster. The entire company structure is this: as much as humanly possible, do not hire enough people to get the job done and squeeze as much as possible out of the current staff. If anyone quits, simply distribute their work to the other employees. When business increased, still don't hire anyone new, just keep everyone's workload piling up until they crack and quit, then hire another schmuck off the street (if their work can't just be piled on everyone else). It felt like a human science experiment. When you have people's lives on your back for your job, the stress really builds. If you stay at this company long enough I can almost guarantee you will have a heart attack or other stress induced sickness. People were so stressed out that they were lightheaded. The girls were taking Xanax just to deal.

Supportive management, great teamwork, positive culture, making a difference matters.

Cons

Pay, I am severely underpaid for my experience and skills. Have inquired numerous times how to expand my role with no to little follow-through.
