Pros

Separate funding team so that ATPs can focus on evals. Autonomy to make best equipment choices for the client.

Cons

Never fully staffed (guessing poor compensation for support staff). Nearly impossible to change/adjust any processes at the local level due to the size of the company

Flexibility with schedule Uncapped Commissions Above-Average PTO 401K with Match Very Fair Car Allowance / Reimbursement

Cons

On the road majority of the day/week Minimal in person interaction with team Too many people involved with orders from start to finish which can cause confusion or miscommunication No incentive when you hit your goal (That’s what I was told). Communication between departments is not great
