Pros
You could use your cell phone to listen to music. When managers were in a good mood it was a good day/free for all.
Cons
Low pay, low raises. Office environment consisted of all women which is due to management being sexist and hire women who they feel won't push back on pay and who are not ambitious. Management uses mood swings and bad attitudes as a way of employee reform. Management is flustered and does not have legitimate reasons for most of the things they implement. They rely on the fact that they hire incompetent people who will not question why certain rules and procedures are put into place. Very low morale at the Cerritos location.
