fun conference, lots of education, decent pay (not great)

Cons

lots of pressure to move things/orders fast, will terminate employees at the drop of a dime even for honest minor mistakes, does not have a good fleet of vehicles, marketing is very poor.

Flexibility with schedule Uncapped Commissions Above-Average PTO 401K with Match Very Fair Car Allowance / Reimbursement

Cons

On the road majority of the day/week Minimal in person interaction with team Too many people involved with orders from start to finish which can cause confusion or miscommunication No incentive when you hit your goal (That’s what I was told). Communication between departments is not great
