Pros

The company realizes the amount of change necessary to make it a great place to work. Carrer opportunities are limited by the attitude to hire from outside instead of recognizing and molding internal talent. Steps have been taken to change this but it's a slow process.

Cons

Minimal amount of training, relatively low pay and minimal opportunity to advance makes it someplace to spend a short time and not a career.

Supportive management, great teamwork, positive culture, making a difference matters.

Cons

Pay, I am severely underpaid for my experience and skills. Have inquired numerous times how to expand my role with no to little follow-through.

Flexibility with schedule Uncapped Commissions Above-Average PTO 401K with Match Very Fair Car Allowance / Reimbursement

Cons

On the road majority of the day/week Minimal in person interaction with team Too many people involved with orders from start to finish which can cause confusion or miscommunication No incentive when you hit your goal (That’s what I was told). Communication between departments is not great
