Pros

1. I have an amazing boss and great coworkers to work with. 2. Cool CEO- I have watched him move furniture, use power tools to fix things, and get to know his staff, which is rare for me. I’ve known a few CEOs and very few knew your first name. This guy actually wants to know you. 3. There is so much room to grow. 4. You get to learn something new every day. 5. One of my interviewees said I was the ambassador for my company and that was one of the nicest thing someone’s ever said to me (work wise). If I can make your day through a screening, a kind word, a smile, and anything motivational, then I’ve done my job.

Cons

1. There’s never enough time in the day. 2. Covid took away a little bit of the camaraderie across a lot of companies so I’m hoping one day we can get back to company parties and company motivator, so all staff feel appreciated. No job is perfect. There will be our good days and bad days but if we can do something to say thank you to everyone that makes a difference.

Pros

While I don't necessarily know much about Nutex itself, the facility that they have employed me at has been a wonderful experience. The benefits are great, the pay is competitive, and I enjoy going to work every day, which is one of the most important pros in my opinion.

Cons

Nutex is just a parent company to the hospital facility I work at, so there's not much I really know about Nutex itself, even as a full-time employee, besides the benefits packages they offer to those who are full-time.

Pros

Relaxed Environment at times. Hybrid schedule depending on department. CEO cares for his employees. Hire within.

Cons

There should be a more balanced evaluation process that includes both leadership and staff feedback to support accountability and professional development across all levels. Opportunities for growth and advancement can feel limited in certain departments, which may impact employee morale and long-term retention. Greater consistency in professionalism, communication, and leadership practices would help foster a more supportive and collaborative work environment. At times, the department can feel disconnected, with certain opportunities or recognition appearing tied to visibility factors rather than overall contributions. Improving transparency, fairness, and team culture would greatly enhance the employee experience.
