Pros

Small corporate staff of talented individuals Excellent management giving latitude to employees to do great things Growing company who is beginning to bust out into greatness Bonuses and stock options for the self starters A new employee can make a lot of money (stock) in a ten year stint at this organization!

Cons

The Company is just getting settled into a well run, controls in place organization Management prefers to pay low and provide stock and bonuses to reach competitive compensation

Pros

While I don't necessarily know much about Nutex itself, the facility that they have employed me at has been a wonderful experience. The benefits are great, the pay is competitive, and I enjoy going to work every day, which is one of the most important pros in my opinion.

Cons

Nutex is just a parent company to the hospital facility I work at, so there's not much I really know about Nutex itself, even as a full-time employee, besides the benefits packages they offer to those who are full-time.
