Pros
After three years of college, and three other jobs, I landed at Nutrabolt. From day one I knew I had found a HOME. It was a company I wanted to work with well into the future. It was an opportunity I was proud to tell my friends and family about. It was a "dream job" - getting to work in an industry that I was already super passionate about. My love and energy for what I do, and the company I work for hasn't changed one bit since that day. If anything, it's only grown from the amazing relationships and friendships I've built throughout the office and across the country (and world!). The company invests and believes in you. They offer opportunities to grow in and outside of the workplace. It's amazing to have the support of a whole team behind you like I have with my Nutrabolt family. It's a "work hard, play hard" environment. We succeed together. We party together. The work is challenging and extremely rewarding. We're competitive with ourselves and each other, but it's in a very healthy way - always striving to be the best. AND the PERKS! Cons
The company has grown extremely fast in recent years and sometimes that has led to misunderstandings on who to go to in certain situations, or complicates certain processes that need to be adhered to, or certain information isn't shared with the appropriate parties. Overall, certain growing pains for any company are to be expected. The leadership team has done a good job of addressing some of these issues with a weekly company alignment call to help get everyone on the same page.
