Pros
They say if you love what you do, you don't work a day in your life. That might sound ridiculous, but spend a day at our office and you'll be a believer! I haven't worked a day in three years ;) Here are some reasons why I will never leave: - We win together, we lose together. There is nothing greater than when you take a risk, you fail, and your boss says "Don't worry. We are going to fix this." No stress! That's the kind of thing that makes you want to do your best every day. - We have a fairly flat organization. There are no egos because of titles. Everybody operates on the same level. You can even find our president and the CEO working in our collaboration space with the rest of us. No closed doors and always ready to chat, no matter who you are and how long you've been here. - Opportunity: This organization saw my dream and made it a reality. They have helped me achieve virtually every goal I have set for myself, personally and professionally, in the last three years. - Fun! We Work hard and play hard. The leadership really stresses the importance of having a good balance. Some of the most fun experiences I've ever had have been with this company, with my co-workers. Whether it was on our anniversary tip to Cabo, or at our brand new office opening ceremony. I love spending time with them. - Values: It is nice to see an organization that doesn't compromise their values for the sake of business. They appreciate where they came from and they are thankful for where they are. The humility you see in the leadership in the company is incredible and inspiring. - Vision: there is a very clear vision of where we need to go and it is shared throughout the organization so there is no ambiguity.
Cons
We are an extremely fast paced organization. This is really the nature of the industry more than anything else though so this is not 100% something that's an issue with this organization. With that said, we have grown tremendously in a short period of time so we lack the bandwidth you might expect from an organization of our caliber. With that said, that goes to show how talented and passionate everybody here is!
