      Pros

      - People were very pleasant and eager to teach me new things in industry - pay was very good considering I was a student - Supervisor and Coworkers was eager to provide me with projects and check in with me to discuss what I could be improving on and to answer any technical questions I had

      Cons

      - the job site is very structured which is both a pro and con. It results in projects having to go through various loops but it keeps the site safe - As a student, I was not provided many benefits however the site benefits were really good for other employees

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
