      Pros

      Each branch has it's own way of running things. Our branch has a family feel. We look out for each other and enjoy being around each other.

      Cons

      Long hours and appreciation at the upper management level is non-existent. We know that the feeling is we can always be replaced. No communication at the lower levels as to changes being made corporately until the changes are upon us and even then we are left to figure things out ourselves.

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
