      Pros

      Pay isn't bad, pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      Merger has really moved everything around and not in a good way. We have become lead by men who don't care, and managers who aren't there. When they are, they are more focused on how well their department looks rather than how well they can help their department with problems. Most employees are overworked and underappreciated. Not to mention the favoritism that flies through here.

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
