      Pros

      The culture and the people at Nutrien make it a great place to work. Mike Frank is a very supportive and passionate leader who is easy to follow and provides great leadership for a company going through so much change. Plenty of areas to be involved and to advance through different channels.

      I have not had any poor experiences here at Nutrien

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
