Pros

Nutrien provides excellent benefits including the best 401K matching I've ever heard of. The overall office atmosphere is relaxed and most of my coworkers are friendly and eager to help. The Senior Leadership does a good job of communicating the companies goals and encouraging interaction.

Cons

Local leadership is lacking and sexist comments are allowed by local management in the office. There is a lack of communication on a local level and I have complained to HR. There was an effort made by HR to look into the complaints. However, the company is so big and we are a small, out-of-the-way office. Once the senior management personnel left, things pretty much went back to the way they were. There was no real discipline meted out. I don't feel valued or heard by my manager.
