      Wonderful financial opportunity and security for you or your family. Apprenticeship program through state of NC for your role that is nationally recognized. Once out of training your promotions are based on hours of OJT and structured training. Your crew will look out for you depending on what department you go to and how you act as a person.

      Cons

      Long hours, rotating shifts, low work life balance, company men are always watching.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
