Pros
Superb benefits, great core values and culture, great people to work with, better than average compensation and company cares about community.
Cons
Post-acquisition, some of the great people left the company, but a core group still exists. Some areas need to improve upon work-life balance, but overall it's good. Ended remote work-from-home due to parent policy. Movement of some functions to overseas support model caused a lot of concern for staff.
