Pros
Very laid back culture, good benefits including 100% tuition reimbursement and 50% health insurance match. Great work life balance: average 40 hours per week.
Cons
Pay is on the low end compared to the average, but I guess that's the trade off for work life balance. There's not much room for promotions/career advancement.
