      The office was formerly TIAA, there was a lot of infighting, behind the scenes dealing, attempts to put Nuvee. People into positions occupied by TIAA, and many nasty rounds of layoffs

      Very large org, need to work through the layers sometimes. Mgmt recognizes and has been working to reduce friction
