Pros
Nuvodia has a good work culture with understanding management and leadership. The new office is furnished with all of the expected perks of working in tech, plus a volleyball court
Cons
Nuvodia's IT clients walk all over them. Clients have inadequate infrastructure for their environments, often purchase their own end user equipment without notice, and do not properly train their employees on how to use equipment. Nuvodia often ends up attempting to clean up these messes, and the lowest level Help Desk people bear the brunt of customer frustrations.
