Pros
The CEO has a strong vision for the company and really cares about the company culture. The executive team is extremely friendly and accessible. Nyla offers great benefits, including paid parental leave, volunteer hours, professional development, technology fund, 10% match on 401K, and more. Finally, all of the Nyla employees I've personally worked with on contract have been top notch: knowledgeable, great attitude, and a willingness to learn!
Cons
Nyla's pay schedule doesn't match up with the customer's, so sometimes timesheets are a pain, but that's hardly a con.
