      Pros

      Many good people at Perrysburg corporate. Many people working hard. Mission of the glass industry is positive.

      Cons

      Senior management is very disengaged and have difficulty putting a strategy together and communicate it. Very much a good old boy network within the Senior Management with mostly imported management team from South/Latin America by the CEO. Very poor business people.

      Money, benefits, co workers, plenty of overtime

      Cons

      Hours, management, micromanagement, heat. So many managers and all on a different page
