Good people / Poor employee development - Anonymous employee O-I Glass Employee Review

There is virtually no HR leadership at a corporate level. No recognition programs. No development programs except for a very small group of people considered high potentials. Training programs are limited to plant employees. Managers and directors are left on their own to figure it out. Results in a lot of good people leaving because they are pigeon-holed into one job and not considered for development elsewhere
