Pros

- Employee discount good - Making lasting professional and personal relationships with customers

Cons

- Health insurance is terrible and overpriced - Nepotism and High School clique-culture rampant - Underpaid, raises often denied without explanation - No accountability on any front. Upper management notorious for passing blame back and forth. - Anonymous resources to report harassment and discrimination (T.I.P.S.) are NOT ANONYMOUS, leading to employees being retaliated against or too scared to report. - Employees are often forced into positions they don't want with the promise of a raise, only to have that raise denied silently. MAKE SURE TO CHECK COMPENSATION ON WORKDAY. - Expected to work off clock - Horrible corporate culture - Have seen multiple racial discrimination and sexual harassment cases that were covered up. - District and Regional management will intimidate and threaten employees - Have heard District Manager openly state that he has "people in HR under my belt", and that "As long as your loyal to me, I'll take you to the top," - Employee discount reveals that some products, like bulbs, oil and air filters, and body supplies are marked upwards of 1000% - Company policy has lots of gray area, leading to employees being fired for what others are praised for. - Management extremely disrespectful, insulting, and hateful towards both retail AND professional customers while at store.

Pros

-Always busy -Easy to make sales and extra money off commission and spiffs -Good starter job but need some automotive experience -up date and easy to understand operation system

Cons

-Store managers most of the time are really bad and not fit for their position. -Moving up is not that easy unless you’re liked by upper management -if you’re good at your job you get exploited since your the only dependable person -Overtime (could be good if you’re into grinding but not if you have a family)
