Pros

Competitive pay, graduated accumulation of PTO, you get 1 day of PTO at 90 days, more at 6 months. etc.

Cons

I was not aware that I had to stay for 5 years in order to keep the 'company match' on my 401k, even as HR. HR doesn't have room for growth although they will tell you that they will support you. I have talked with multiple HR specialists from different states and DCs, all agree with me, they have never seen an HR Specialist promoted to HR Business Partner. They always hire from outside.

Pros

-Always busy -Easy to make sales and extra money off commission and spiffs -Good starter job but need some automotive experience -up date and easy to understand operation system

Cons

-Store managers most of the time are really bad and not fit for their position. -Moving up is not that easy unless you’re liked by upper management -if you’re good at your job you get exploited since your the only dependable person -Overtime (could be good if you’re into grinding but not if you have a family)
