Pros
Not all oreillys are this way. But when you get a corperate conglomerate involved in micromanagement it's usually not good! You get a paycheck and you earn what they call an incentive but if you ask anyone around its a commission because its based upon sales!
Cons
They promise you advancement and string you along for the ride, the people who work there attempt to take credit for the work you accomplish (once again not all Oreillys) they reserve the right to make promises to you and not keep their word as an employer of course you can't technically get anything on paper anymore because most places are too lazy and its too much an inconvenience to write it down for the employee. Anyone with two cents and a tie can advance in this company including but not limited to liars and thieves. Which usually happens!
