Pros
Executives recognize and promote on potential & performance. Stated company core values are strong. Excellent inventory and logistics.
Cons
Compensation is poor at best; even at DM level and above. At least 30% lower than market dictates. Performance expected from store teams is nearly impossible to obtain from "green" recruits. Retention programs are nonexistant; leaving managers and DMs to fight with RMs & DVPs to retain quality talent. Hourly team members are expected to perform without training that managers are simply too busy to provide adequately.
